• Prepare journal entries, financial statements, account reconciliations and analysis for schools
• Prepare variance explanations from budget and forecast
• Prepare forecasts of annual results
• Translate financial statements of foreign schools
• Consolidate financial statements including preparation of consolidating and eliminating entries
• Analyze working capital and prepare analysis for management
• Prepare schedules for annual audit and provide support, as needed
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual covenant reporting
 

• At least 3 years experience in financial reporting and accounting
• Extensive experience with Excel
• Knowledge of accounting systems required; SAP or Great Plains experience a plus
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Public accounting background is a plus
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• CPA required, MBA is a plus
