Position Title:  HR Generalist
Salary Range:  $45,000 - $55,000

Description
  • Assists in various HR duties including, but not limited to, offering subject matter expertise on organizational design and change, leadership development, performance management, compensation, employee retention, team building, and employee relations topics
  • Provides consultative advice to both exempt and nonexempt employees on various areas, including benefits and contract administration
  • Refines and implements HR programs such as labor relations, recruiting and selection, talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and leadership development
  • Responsible for tracking the progressive discipline, grievances, labor management meetings, and arbitration
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands on Human Resources experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field strongly desired, Masters Degree in Human Resources strongly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office products
  • Ability to follow company procedures and state/federal laws regarding the handling of company/employee documentation and processing
  • Ability to demonstrate that they are extremely detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
