• Accounting Manager will direct a staff of 5 professionals
• Responsibility for: Financial reporting
• Actual vs. budget variance analysis
• Month end close
• General ledger accounting and reconciliation
• Maintenance of accounting systems, including design of financial reports
• Review and develop accounting policies, processes and controls
• Participation in development of annual budget and periodic forecasts
• Manage audits from public accountants and industry regulators
 

• BS Accounting or Finance
• 5-10 years of prior management experience with proven ability to develop staff
• Experience with a financial reporting system
• Must be flexible and demonstrate strong judgment/decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills as well as project management, planning and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong commitment and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Preferred Qualifications: MBA / CPA, Previous Public Accounting experience
